MY HISTORY

Hi, my name is Andrea Abril, I’m a young Venezuelan girl living in the Basque Country, I’m a 1st year student of cooking management.

Since I was a child I have had the opportunity to know different countries, but I never took into account how delicious it is to taste the different dishes from different places. Now I live in the Basque country studying cooking, and this style of food is part of my life.

At this moment I have the opportunity to expose some recipes of Basque cuisine, the proximity of the sea and the mountains make this region have a special climate that gives a unique flavor to the ingredients that are harvested; They provide a wide variety and a wide range of flavors, smells and colors that are demonstrated in their dishes, whether traditional, Spanish or innovative.
