These are the most traditional pintxos in the region that are never lacking in a bar, they are simple recipes to make that can be prepared easily and quickly.
Ingredients:
- 18 slices of toasted bread
- 200 gr of smoked salmon
- 100 gr of Iberian Ham
- 1 small onion
- 1 tomatoe
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 Tuna cans
- 6 anchovies
Preparation:
- Pintxo of tuna with mayonnaise
- In a bowl we will add the two cans of tuna (removing the excess oil).
- Finely chop the onion and add to the bowl.
- Add 4 tablespoons mayonnaise to the bowl.
- Mix everything.
- Spread it on 6 slices of bread.
- Decorate with an anchovy.

- Pintxo of Bread with tomato and ham
- Cut the tomato in slices.
- Place 2 slices of tomato on each bread (6 slices of bread).
- Add a few drops of oil on the bread.
- Place a slice of Iberian ham on top.

- Pintxo of smoked salmon
- Cook the egg in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes. When ready remove from water and let cool. Grate with the grater and set aside.
- Place the smoked salmon on the 6 slices of bread.
- Sprinkle with the egg zest.
