PINTXOS

DIFFICULTY: EASY DURATION:  30 minutes COMMENSALS: 6  

These are the most traditional pintxos in the region that are never lacking in a bar, they are simple recipes to make that can be prepared easily and quickly.

Ingredients:

  • 18 slices of toasted bread
  • 200 gr of smoked salmon
  • 100 gr of Iberian Ham
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tomatoe
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 Tuna cans
  • 6 anchovies

Preparation:

  • Pintxo of tuna with mayonnaise
  1. In a bowl we will add the two cans of tuna (removing the excess oil).
  2. Finely chop the onion and add to the bowl.
  3. Add 4 tablespoons mayonnaise to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything.
  5. Spread it on 6 slices of bread.
  6. Decorate with an anchovy.
  • Pintxo of Bread with tomato and ham
  1. Cut the tomato in slices.
  2. Place 2 slices of tomato on each bread (6 slices of bread).
  3. Add a few drops of oil on the bread.
  4. Place a slice of Iberian ham on top.
  • Pintxo of smoked salmon
  1. Cook the egg in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes. When ready remove from water and let cool. Grate with the grater and set aside.
  2. Place the smoked salmon on the 6 slices of bread.
  3. Sprinkle with the egg zest.
