Ingredients:
- ½ tablespoon refined cornmeal
- ½ lemon peel
- 200 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar

- Mint leaves
- 1 vanilla vean
Preparation:
- Put the cream and reserve in the fridge.
- To make the cream, pour the milk into a casserole (reserve a little).
- Add the vanilla, a little lemon peel and boil. Reserve
- Place the refined cornmeal in a bowl and gradually add the milk to reserve it while it is enough so that lumps do not come out.
- Add the milk from the casserole, mix well and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 egg and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole and spin it without stopping until it thickens.
- Introduce the butter, mix well and let the cream cool in a bowl.
- Put a tablespoon of sugar in a pan with a pinch of water and let the sugar dissolve. Boil and remove the pan from the heat, pour the rum.
- Get the biscuits drunk in the liquor. then book.
- Place a layer of cream mounted on the bottom of each mold and on top of a cake in half.
- Fill the molds with the cream, cover with the plastic film and let cool in the refrigerator.
- Remove the film, sprinkle with sugar and burn the sugar with a blowtorch, decorate with mint leaves and serve cold.
